If one was to puchase a home halfway between SS and LSL, how long is the ride by golf cart to Brownwood?

From 466 and Morse, probably around 50 minutes by legal golf cart.

That sounds like a better time to me. Brownwood is a heck of a long from SS and LSL.

I was just looking at this the other day on goolemaps.... last time I was there, I could not take my cart 'legally' down BV south of 466A to measure golf cart mileage.
Looking at googlemaps, it is about 10.5 miles from SS to Brownwood. That trip would be about 45 minutes IMO. Experience tells me I average about 15 - 16 miles per hour driving a cart around TV and my cart can go 20'ish.
From 466/Morse to Brownwood is just over 7 miles, maybe 25 - 30 minute
From LSL to Brownwood looks to be about 6 miles or about 20 - 25 minutes.
From my Dad's house in Chatham will be about 12.5 miles.
The thing that confused me is I swear I heard TV would be 18 miles from north border to south. Unless I am messing up, I do not see how that is possible. Maybe they mean NW to SE....

Need more facts and information:
Gas or Electric?
Does it assume fully charged batteries or full gas tank or partial? If partial, what percentage?
Regular or street legal?
Long = in time or in distance?
By shortcut or the long way?
Would the home be directly on Morse Blvd or how far off?
