My hubby does handy dandy man work. He's good and very good prices. He does a lot of work for some of the realtors, Codys, Havana and has a lot of people he's worked for around the Villages. Some of them for years.

We recently had Steve Garofalo do some painting, grout repair and irrigation repair and adjusting. He was very, very reasonable and his girlfriend assists him. My wife was very comfortable when I had to leave. The work performed was excellent although slow as they are very particular. He called back promptly and arrived on time. Steve's Onsite Service 352-603-6402.

I also used Steve, I highly recommend him. His work is very professional and the word "particular" is accurate.

I'm not sure which one of us you are asking. My hubby is Gary 352-255-3258. He's been working around the Villages for 12 years & has a lot of references.

Tim Miller (Tim The Tool Man) is used by many on this forum. I use him myself. Super nice guy and reasonably priced. 352-217-0561. Best of luck.

I second Tim Miller --he has done several jobs for us and many for our neighbors--he is always prompt !! which is saying something for contractors around here --He does excellent work and is fairly priced...

And he is a very nice person ;)

Good Luck
