BEWARE!!! I gave them a deposit {half down} for granite counters, on day 2 after giving deposit, I found out that a large unexpected expense came up.I called at 8:30 am on day 2 to cancel order, they had not done any final measurements or any work. I was told the charge would be removed from my C card that day. 13 days later I found the charge was still on my card!!! after several calls and getting the run around, I got rather angry, They finally removed the deposit from my card. SO BEWARE of ALL STAR

All you had to do is call your bank and dispute the charge.

It usually takes awhile for credits to go through. It once took me 6 weeks to get a credit from Sears. I was livid. A lot good that did me. I knew I could dispute with the credit card company but I wanted Sears to do it. . So beware of everyone! They are out to get you!

We had Allstar install our granite counter tops in our kitchen and baths. Their work is not up to par. The plumber was an idiot, hooked the cold and hot up backwards, all the faucet handles were not aligned. The workers were sloppy. I had to redue most of the electrical work. When they drilled the holes for the faucets they just guessed, did not measure, all are off.

Would not recommend!

Do your homework, I didn't, but I will next time!
