Anyone know of restaurants in Villages area which offer free-range meats/organic products?

We were at Tai Ruby a few weeks ago and their menu is huge. In the back of the menu there are several pages of unusual type healthy foods. I didn't investigate, but it might be worth a look.

Not a restaurant, but a family farm in Summerfield that raises and sells free-range chickens, humanely treated grass-fed beef, etc. etc.
They will give you a tour of the farm and they have a retail shop as well as internet sales. 352-266-9504

TFM - All-Natural, Antibiotic-Free Chicken (http://www.thefreshmarket.com/Departments/meat_chicken.html)

I checked their website and they sell chicken with no antibiotics that were raised in a free environment. At least it is worth checking. We have a Fresh Market on 466 in Buffalo Ridge area.
