What! I am a self made man and a job creator. I got through college on a Pell grant, then got an SBA loan to start a business. As my business grew I relocated to a larger headquarters, where I got a 20 year tax abatement. I drive a large SUV, not because I need it, but because the tax credits made it virtually free - the cost of gas doesn't bother me because I write off most of it as business travel. My tax abatement is about to expire, so am thinking of relocating, and if this goverment doesn't get with the program I may take my operation overseas. I am flying my corporate jet, which is a great write-off, to Costa Rica to look at possible properties, and a little R and R today. This socialist goverment has to get out of my business or I will be forced to move the company. I love America and go to Church every Sunday and it is a shame what is happening.

WHAT B$LLS Obama has!! I started my business 30 years ago out of my own pocket with a degree in architecture that I paid for by working every little job I could find.
I struggled for years but still paying my taxes and looking forward to better times.
I grew to the point that I hired people and created jobs and paid more taxes.
I grew to need a larger building and hired more people.
I built the office with my own hands and hired others to do the things that I could not, creating more jobs.
I did it with a personal loan from a local bank, creating money flow in the local economy. I did not use the government for any of it. I have paid for everything from MY pocket! Not the government pocket that in turn is your pocket!!!

eweissenbach, If what you wrote is what you did, then I don't see anything wrong with it because it was made available to you and you took advantage of it, good for you. However, If in fact this is the way you did it then maybe this is where Obama gets his twisted idea that government is responsible for businesses existing, I have to add here just because I am so ****ed, Obama is a jerk!

Sure the government provides security and roads and utilities. That is their damn job! I paid taxes for that not for what Obama and many others think they are for.

By the way, If you can use all of the tax breaks, programs and handouts why is what Romney is accused of with offshore accounts and tax breaks so bad!
