I am not affiliated in any way with this organization...However with the recent warranty issues I've run into with Ford I thought it would be appropriate and needed to applaud someone that really does a good job..I have a remanufactured cart purchased from the Villages and yesterday it failed...Today they picked it up and returned it this afternoon..Here is what really makes it great..the part replaced was out of warranty, and when they called me I reminded them that I told them it was failing back in Feb when it was in for svc..They said no it wasn't but yes it finally gave up the ghost..Today they went back and checked their records and sure enough they admitted I had discussed this and made it good, no argument..OUTSTANDING and NO CHARGE. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind.

I've always in two years been extremely happy with their service and the friendliness of the people.

the profit they made off you the original purchase ,, more than paid for that part,, salesman there one night after a few beers at cody's made the comment "selling golf carts there is like shooting fish in a barrel" most purchasers have already been financially raped by the purchasing a new home they are so relieved they can just spend there last over-budget over priced purchase and get started on this facade of paradise..

You obviously have a bone to pick with the developer...I know they own that buisness and they are probably are overpriced...However they make the experience as pleasurable as possible and I love my cart...If I was that unhappy here I don't think I'd stay around...JMHO

Buying a home in the Villages is akin to financial rape? I think that the homes here are a great value. But maybe I'm wrong and there are 85,000 really stupid people in the world.
The golf cart sold that the Villages Golf Carts are overpriced? Have you seen equivalent Yamaha models sold for less money elsewhere?
I haven't been here very long, but it is a close to paradise as I've ever seen. I can find very little to complain about.I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I personally have been very happy with both of our Yamaha golf cart purchases from The Villages. Both have been totally trouble free and when I have purchased add-ons or checked the carts in for annual service I have received great customer support.
