There have been several threads relating to this issue but no one seems to clarify the options 100%.

What's wrong with the standard package, R they giving U the lowest cheapest equipment?

When meeting with the design team u can upgrade, no one stated what those options cost. It there a seal of secrecy not to disclose those costs?

Can U get in the standard group black white SS?

I have asked indirectly if U opt out of the appliances (except the micro wave with exhaust).

How much credit do they give you, simple question I would think, someone must have asked that question.

Anyone know the type of appliances included cubic ft of fridge, # burners, convection oven range etc.

My sales rep who is very good and gave me all kinds of other info doesn't know.

If you don't want to post the info due to secrecy agreements :1rotfl:
please PM me.

tks

When we bought, salesman told us we HAD to take the appliances. Black, white or for $2500 we could go with stainless. Our neighbor bought their house without appliances except MW with vent and was given a credit. If you do not like the answer from sales person ask to talk to another sales person. The appliances are a little above the builder grade. Whirlpool brand.:(

We also were informed we HAD to purchase all appliances except for washer and dryer. Our choices were black, white or SS. At our design meeting, we were informed of pricing when we ask. We took the middle of the road side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator and the cost was somewhere around $1,100. We upgraded the dishwasher to the best they had to offer and to be honest, I don't remember what we paid for it. I will say however, our refrigerator is the worst one I have ever owned in my life. The first one they put in didn't work at all so it was replaced prior to our closing. The one we have now, we have had to call for service twice so far and I am about to call again due to the ice maker now not spitting ice out. We have empties the ice bin and cleared all parts from any caked ice and still not working. The door which makes a clicking noise and had service twice, is still making the same clicking noise and in as far as shelf space, very little. It is the Whirlpool, side-by-side with the nice water and ice dispenser on the door. Avoid it like the plague!!!!!
