I can vouch for M & S Heating and Air and would warn you to stay away from DeSantis. Just my opinion.

call chuck farrell he has been around lady lake for ages and he is very reasonable and very good at what he does..

Our home is 6 years old and past the warranty. We used Stan Swander Cooling & Heating, 352-446-8812. We checked parts prices online, and felt what he charged us for parts and his service call was very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable, and also happens to be a Village resident. We called him Friday night and he came right at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, had the parts in his truck, and voila!

I called Chuck for an AC unit that was out in one of my rentals, I was out of town but he got right in it and had the tenant back in the cool in 1 day. Would highly recommend him.

And another vote for Chuck Farrell. Knows his stuff, is reasonable and actually cares about his work and reputation. Second choice would be SunKool.
