I moved here this month and tried to play golf for the first time. Boy, did my back flair up! I had no idea it would do that. Happily, I found two people to help me, and they've both done a great job. I wanted to share their information with everyone, as this site has really helped me find lots of great people to get things done... so I would like to contribute.
I just had a great massage with a great massage therapist. My wife and I have been getting massages for over 8 years, but we did not know of a good massage therapist up here. Well, we found Kay on this site. She was great! And, she was even better on the second visit. She can see you in her office or in your home. She has great hands and really gets rid of the spasms. She also helped me find a Chiropractor, Dr Gary Dulgar. He has the best hands! Within two visits my major pain was relieved and I am going back for another visit. The trick to a good Chiropractor is finding someone with good hands, a good feel, and the ability to get you feeling better. That is what I found with Dr Dulgar. His number is 352-753-1845.
