Did you ever think that G N P could have been better if the current dictator oh I'm sorry president didn't have so many regulations put on business that our Gross National Product would have been higher than 1.6% . Now come on the more you hold someone back the poorer they preform. Be honest with yourself there has been no encouragement for business to expand . Smart business needs to have a somewhat of predictable idea of what to expect of tomorrow before they invest in today .

Okay, I get it, you don't like Obama. I don't get much else out of your posts, but I get that.

there has been no effort to help business in general and small businesses in specific. And yes the increased regulations and the uncertainty definitely incent the small business owner to wait and see.

The Obama administration is very well reputed to not be favoring business.

The only thing I conclude is that since there are no business people in the WH they do not know what it takes to run one, hence the have no idea what it is they do that stifles them either.

The 3+ year track record to date substantiates the following equation:

Obama + do nothing congress = Uncertainty

The poor business interests. They get nothing except free security, the best of laws and regulations, research and infrastructure for free, subsidies, and public payoffs for disaster costs. They have it so hard. Total garbage introduced by the far righties or are they frighties? American buiness has never had it so good. Record profits, repeal of Glass Stengal act,tax loopholes, zoning rules,anti-trust legislation and on and on. Given everything they want and they want more

Your posts would indicate otherwise.

Obama's OK, I guess. But if I had a car mechanic who's a nice guy who keeps "trying hard" to fix my car but just keeps making it worse, I think I'd find another mechanic. Wouldn't you?

It's really just that simple.

In November, I'll vote to fire my "mechanic".

OK waynet and what do you have to say about the small business owners that do not fall into any of what you are accusing the biggies of doing/having.

The problem is with the small business entities in this country that employ most of the American work force and are at the bottom of the benefits you allege others of having.

Your response suggest you obviously don't know any small business owners well enough nor what they don't get!! By the way there has not been a categorization of how many are R or D because one gets no more than the other....all in the same pot....just like all us we the people.
