Thank You From Athens NY Restaurant

We just wanted to thank all of our customers and now friends that have supported our restaurant over the past year and a half and especially over the 2 months that the square was closed for renovations. So many of you have become familiar faces and we have appreciated not only your support but your ideas, and for also allowing us to fix mistakes when we make them. This forum is such a great place to thank people and to also learn from our mistakes ,so again thank you for making our restaurant a success and we look forward to meeting as many people as we can from the talk of the villages online family

Gracie, their eggs Benedict is great! I really enjoy their Greek spaghetti but everyone has their own opinion on spaghetti! Try the Spanakopita (sp)! You will have plenty to take home for another meal!

Oops, even though the Spanakopita is good, what I meant to recommend Is the moussaka. They offer a sampler platter that lets you try a few entrees.

Thanks for the post Chris. My wife and I have been to the restaurant at least 15 times and always look forward to our next return. Can't understand anyone who would try your restaurant and not like everything about it. We particularly enjoy the extra large portion of haddock on those days that you offer a special price. Waiters/waitresses such as Andre surely make the dining experience very pleasurable. Good luck on the construction of the new patio bar. I'm sure it's going to be very popular!!

We dont post much but we read the postings all the time. We also frequent the Athens restaurant quite a bit. Enjoy the menu from top to bottom including the outstanding desserts. To Chris, Amber and the whole staff, Keep up the good work!

Fact is that it is great every day --period. Sorry the way I stated this came out sounding awkward?? If you enjoy haddock then you'll be pleasantly surprised at Athens.

Love the food, and providing great prices keeps us coming back more than once a week...where else in the Villages can one get a great morning start for under $4.00 and leave fillling full....hence why we return 3 or 4 times a week. Most important, glad you appreciate us...don't see too many posting from others thanking us! Love the food

This TV wannabee has eaten at Athens several times for both breakfast and lunch. Love your restaurant and your wait staff -- very friendly. Save a seat for me in October when I return to TV. :mmmm:
