If you were selling your TV home, who would you list it with? Why would you choose that person?

We listed our home with Deb Parks, Cell 352-408-8800. She is a senior sales rep with The Villages. Villages Sales Office is 352-753-4000. We considered listing with MLS, however I feel The Villages has the best exposure to newbies with the Sales Office, the Trolley Ride and Daily Open Houses in the newspaper.

As a former real estate broker I'm very picky about who I use. Deb Parks is very knowledgeable, professional and respected by other Sales Reps in the office.

The Villages Real Estate. Have met too many people who learned the hard way, after their home sat on the market getting stale due to unrealistic pricing and "decor" that needed serious updating, that they should have gone with TVR from the start. TV resale pricing is accurate, and they have the marketing skills to move it fast.

There are two nice homes in our neighborhood right now that have been on the market for over a year that everyone now ignores, because they were and still are too high-priced (and do not look good in the photos online). Owners thought they could get more money by doing MLS and then FSBO. It's not working, and they are losing money by paying to keep the properties when they no longer live here.

90 % of the homes are sold by Property of the Villages 753-4000

Realtor June Brine No one works harder or faster to sell your home.

Homes typically sell fast here.

The quickest sale was 5 days for turn around.

I agree with you 100%. June listed and sold my Jacaranda Villa for top dollar in 4 days. My neighbors were very impressed and called me for a referral. She did the same for them. June is exceptional - not only as a Professional Village Realtor but she is a warm, caring person. June will not only sell your present TV home, but she works tirelessly to find you another re-sale in TV or if your prefer a "new" home in TV. Anyone looking to buy or sell, would do well to give her a call. Here is her information:

I would say Debra Parks. She is very efficient!

Bare's description is very good. We had one agent that we were assigned back in 2006 during our LSV and every time we came back to visit we would call and ask for her. We kind of felt like we were taking up her time.
We ended up starting to go to open houses and looking online by ourselves.

Hubby called one morning while I was leaving for work and said he saw the perfect villa. I asked for a recommendation from Bare and I am glad that I did. Offer in one day, accepted the next, closed in 5 weeks. What a night and day difference.

Thanks Bare!
