I can not find the post on this that I was posting on yesterday.
I have had nothing but problems with them. We moved to The Villages the end of May. The next morning at 8am All About Water called us and set up an appt. They showed us all the "junk" in our water, and after several days of discussions, we ended up buying their water filtrations system with the "free" ros. We finally ended up paying $2,795.00, they originally wanted $6,300. We gave it a good try, but the water in all the bathroom faucets became undrinkable while their water filtration system was hooked up. They finally came out and turned it off and told us to try it and see if it made a difference - which it did. The bathroom water became usable again. We called and told them that and asked them to either come and fix it, or remove it. We were told since the 3 day time to return it had past, we could not return it. From that point on they told the person that answered their phone to tell my husband and I that they would no longer talk to us over the phone, but would only correspond with us by mail. We sent them a letter registered/return receipt which All About Water signed that they received it on 6/27 2012. We have not heard back from them since, and we currently have a turned off water filtration system taking up space in our garage.
