Hi! I have antique barrels and stone wheel for sharpening (were my grandfathers) outside my front door area of our current home. Wonder if this allowed at tv if under the roofed area by front door. As always, I appreciate your help. Best- Dellie

I live north of 466 in the very beautiful village of Glenbrook. No problem up here with lawn ornaments. They are permitted.

I wouldn't call these lawn ornaments since they are not on lawn, but on the cement platform of the entry. I think of it as decoration the outside before you enter the home. are door wreaths allowed?

Sorry, I do not know exactly what is or is not allowed in the new areas.
If you have not already bought a house or lot, you should check on re-sale homes. Much better deal than buying a lot and building a house.
You can negotiate price with the seller, you will probably have upgrades or extras included that you would be buying later for yourself in a new home, mature landscaping, you do not have construction noise or mess, the bond difference can be HUGE. Bond on a new home will run $23,000 to $50,000. On a resale, it can be very low or even all paid off. You get to see what is built around you and not be surprised later.
Beautiful areas like Glenbrook, Caroline, Mallory Hill, Virginia Trace, and Harmswood.
Check with Villages Properties AND an outside MLS agency like Realty Executives, ReMax, or ERA since neither can show each other's listings.

Well most of us have furniture on those "porches" so I don't see why what you would want to do would be a problem. And from the posts I have read on TOTV you are allowed a front door wreath.
