Having Dishtv installed

I am having Dishtv installed tomorrow and wonder if they completely rewire the house or do they use the Comcast wiring?

Thanks. When Dish says they will install and it will take between one and 4 hours I hope they mean rewire. Our home is 18 years old and has several cables that are not exactly professionally installed with splitters, wrong walls, etc.
