Cost of Bonds on Brand New Patio Villas

Does anyone know the cost of the bond on the latest patio villas that have been sold in any of the newer Villages? (Realize that most of the recent home sales have been Designers and Cottages but I believe there were some patio villa sales somewhere near 466A---perhaps off from Beuna Vista)

I would appreciate any info that any has. Thanks.
