Chase Bank

We were in TV this past July and saw where a Chase Bank was being built just off Parr Drive. Tried to do a search - didn't find anything (either on TOTV or Chase.com sites). Can anyone tell me if this branch is open yet.

No, it is not open yet .... Passed that building earlier this morning and there seems to still be a lot of work to be done! I say probably another month or so!

They are building another Chase Bank next to Cracker Barrel on 441/27. The exterior and parking lot look finished, but it is not open yet.

And they're building one on 466 opposite Southern Trace Shopping Center.
That has a later start date but will be staffed soon.

I believe that's the one the O.P.'s referring to - off of Parr Dr. Parr runs behind all the business along that stretch of 466.

It looks like the first Chase Bank branch in TV will officially open on Wednesday, 9/05. Has anyone noticed if they've started construction of the second Chase Bk branch on 466?

Thanks LLARAN. The web site shows Oct. 30th, 2012 for the second Chase branch on Parr Drive. Does anyone know if they've actually started construction? It took them six months to build the first branch on 441, and as of June, they hadn't started the second one. So I'm somewhat skeptical about an opening date in Oct. unless of course the Villages is the contractor and building with their rigid scheduling.

I'll bet that it's the new Chase branch they're building on 466. Bk of America's address is 2315 Parr Dr. and Chase's addr is 2335 Parr Dr. I wonder why they all use Parr Drive rather than CR 466 as their address?

2235 Parr is the ATM at Walgreens. And none of those banks have entrances off 466. You have to access them off Parr.

Yup, you're correct, that's the address for Walgreens. And yet, the Chase web branch locator shows 2335 Parr Dr. as the address for the new Chase bank with an opening date of Oct. 30th. I guess they figure the wrong address is close enough.

I wonder with the two new Chase branches in TV whether Chase will leave their ATM machines in local Walgreens?

I was wrong, what's new. It is a Chase bank and what threw me off was the newspaper listed it as JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Isn't there another Chase bank across the street just east of there?

Just went to Lowes on 441 and noticed that the chase bank on the corner near lowes is now open. They are having an open house. :coolsmiley:
