Seeing your post made me feel bad I hadn't already posted the same thing. We had our home done by Mario and we couldn't be happier. Fast, Efficient, and Neat..:bigbow:

Tumbs up from us as well. :coolsmiley: They are the best. It's been over two years now and we have absolutely no complaints. Top shelf contractor.

I used this product for a Do It Yourself crown molding and it came out great. They have pieces you buy that are precut corners, and it's styrofoam, so easy to cut yourself. I used it in a bathroom, cause I wasn't sure how it would look when it was up. But it was great and very easy to install. --- Foam Crown Molding | Easy Crown Molding | Styrofoam Crown Molding (http://www.sosimplecrown.com/)

Thanks Al & Kim, This sounds like a real cost saver and I'm going to explore this option. I don't think too many people will be climbing up to touch the molding to find out if it's wood or not :D

Ya, it looks nice. Even if somebody does 'judge' it, who cares. It looks nice, it's easy to install, you can paint it and it's cheaper. That's what I'll be putting in my house. :)

We have a Lilac, but we haven't done the crown molding yet. The house where we did it before was Jacksonville. I had 65 feet of 3" crown molding and 5 corner pieces. That was $124.00 Here's the web site. You can measure how much you want, and how many corners and get an estimate. It depends on the kind you pick too. I was looking for a picture from the old house, but couldn't find one. I'll see if I can dig one up.
