Has anyone had any experience with this company. Got new Whirlpool Refrigerator 2 weeks ago and need service. When I called Whirlpool they set up appt with MD Appliances.

Supposed to be here between 8 and noon today and when I called to ask if they could give me an estimated time, was told "Oh no" you are scheduled for noon to 5!

I have all of the info on paper so I know I was not mistaken.

Was this through warranty? If so call them. They call the shots.

Apparently the Whirlpool repair guys aren't as lonely and without work as the Maytag repairman used to be on the Television ads. ;)

I have had them do work under warranty 2 times. Had a leak in the washing machine we purchased at Lowe's they came and made it operable and returned 2 days later with the part and finalized the fix. Next the dryer heating element went bad after 3 years. MD came and the part was on the guys truck. He said the element was a part that fit in all the dryers manufactured by Samsung. Guy said to have my exaust cleaned to make the element last longer. They fixed both problems and were on time. I think they did a quality job. Lowes was having a sale on extended warranties at the time I purchased the Washer & Dryer. I dont usually get the extended warranty but I got a full 5 years for both W & D for $130. I am glad I did.
