We just went into contract to sell on our home up here in LI NY.:eclipsee_gold_cup: We had it on the market for 88 days when a buyer made an offer. It was a long 88 days. Wife and I are making our plans for the move down to TVs within 45 days. We cant wait! We have been thinking about this for the last year and a half. We have called the movers,storage place and our sales rep, getting all of our ducks in a row. I would like to thank all the nice people on here, who have taken the time to answer many of the questions I have asked on this site.:bowdown:

Glad to hear this good news and knowing that a lot of hard work lies ahead of you. It is stressful to gather up all that we have worked so hard to obtain and begin anew, even if it is our dream.

Having just done it less than a year ago, I am so glad that part is behind us and we are here. You are doing the right thing.

It is gonna be so much better than you even dreamed.
