We used Millhorn Law...a couple of locations in The Villages. They are family firm and easy to work with, reasonable.

I'm not sure that you would need a recommendation for a Trust. It is a basic legal document written to accommodate your requirements. Any attorney advertising themselves as Elder Law Attorneys could do this trust for you.
We had ours done by McLinn Burnsed at LSL, they also have an office at Laurel Manor Drive.
We moved to TV with a trust written in a northern state and were very pleased to see how much better is the Elder Law for citizens of Florida. By the time the northern state would have been finished with us we just "might" have had our underwear left, and nothing else!

I went to a seminar hosted by Andrew Curtis and was very impressed. He is in the process of preparing a Revocable Trust, Living Trust, Power of Attorney, etc - in all probably 6-8 documents. He is very knowledgeable and I believe his entire practice is focused on trusts and other documents needed by those of us 55+. As an added benefit, his price is about 1/2 of normal charges. I can't say enough good things about him. He is in Fruitland Park. Give him a call 315 0333 and see what he can do for you - we've VERY pleased!

We also used Milhorn Law. They fully explained all the options and handled everything professionally and reasonably. We previously met with another law firm, which was just pushy and didn't feel it necessary to discuss. " Just sign here" was their attitude. We left and went with Milhorn. Very happy with Milhorns services.

We used Mary Trotter Law Firm and were quite pleased. She is located here in TV and is in the phone book. She is also an Elder Law specialist.

We highly recommend Eric Milhorn - very professional but yet personable.
