Have you used Broward Factory Service, Choice Home Warranty

We did use Broward service at one time. The problem was that it took a long
time to react on some of the problems. We did not use them here because of that problem.:(

If this was a good thing EVERYONE would be doing it. What you will find out is all the loop holes you have to jump through and rules you have to follow. People want to believe, but there is NO free lunch:posting:

Toilet started to leak and garbage disposal went kerplooey yesterday.I called my warranty company Old Republic.They sent a guy today who fixed both.I paid the $75 deductible.It gives me peace of mind.It was my first time using since buying in 2010.

What did you pay for this home warranty in 2010? Was this $75 each item or for both? Would they fix four items for $75?
