Villas of Eleanor (in Pinellas) - How far is Brownwood?

We'll be visiting The Villages in December on the Lifestyle Preview Plan. We will be staying in the Villas of Eleanor, in the Village of Pinellas. Does anyone know how far that is from Brownwood? Is it walkable?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
