So, this morning I was watching the news here in Chicago and a story regarding The Villages came on. It was a replay of the news interview with Mr Gustafson and Bounce. I am NOT posting this to start another discussion about the rights and wrongs of that day, but I thought it was interesting that the reporters here (Robin Baumgarten and Larry Potash) seemed to take a lot of interest in the fact that "Mr Gustafson looks much too young to be living in a retirement community. They went on to comment that perhaps it had something to do with the fact that people must be very happy and active there! Just thought I would share that perspective! :icon_wink:

Maybe The Villages is where Juan Ponce de León actually found his fountain??

I think the fountain in SS has a sign saying it's the Fountain of Youth. A friend of mine was visiting from NY and when I pointed it out she said "Well it's not the REAL ONE."

I would send them an email with The Villages - Florida's Friendliest Retirement Hometown - New Home Sales, Home Resales, Build Your Dream Home, Brownwood Paddock Square (http://www.thevillages.com) so they can see for themselves!

I would settle for the fountain of middle age. :jester:

I think some of Mr. Gustafson youthful appearance comes from a bottle called 'Just For Men'. If he is in his 60's with dark brown hair some gray or a lot of gray should be showing.

I looked at the pic of Mr. Gustafson and I must say that to me he looks age compliant for TV.
