They did my CYV last year, $1100 total included paint and labor. They had four painters come at 8am, took down all the blnds, masked all the trim and painted and were out the door finished by 4pm the same day.

Chris and his crew from Investment Painting just completed painting our cottage today. We got a few bids and chose Chris due to the price and the positive feedback we saw on TOTV. He did not let us down. They were AMAZING. Professional, personal, priced FAR below any other bid and the quality of their work was above and beyond all expectations. Were interested in getting our home painted. So this thread comes at a great time. Do you know what brand of paint they use? I'm leaning towards a taupe, beige type color...does he bring paint samples?

Chris uses Sherwin Williams paint. When we went into SW at LSL they had a special going on (still do I believe). We purchased a $75 gift certificate from SW which Chris allowed us to apply towards his fee (he used it to purchase our paint). With the purchase of this gift certificate SW sent out their interior paint designer (Pat) to work with us on colors. We totally changed our minds from our original color scheme after working with Pat - she was great.

Chris also gave us ideas once he came in and looked at the colors we chose. It was a great combination between SW and Investment Painting.

Thank you to Chris and the guys for making our experience of painting our home fantastic. The price was great, the work was done in a professional manner and Chris's workers were kind, and we couldn't have asked for a better job. Our courtyard villa looks amazing. We would recommend Investment Painting to anyone with any budget. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

i will have to chk them out when we move in.. the preowned we bought has funky wallpaper that will need to be removed from kitchen /dining room.. i can live with it for awhile but it will need to be removed and painting done.. we close Friday the 16th !! YEAH..

i don't think you can find a better painter than chris and his group. they are the best

Chris came this morning and gave us an estimate that is right in line with the other estimates from two other painters. We decided to use him since he is so highly recommended here. Will keep you posted on how well it turns out. He is coming Dec 3.

Investment Painting did our "green wall" on Monday Mar.19, 2013. Chris did it himself. Neat as a pin. FAST. In and out 2hrs. Even came back the next day to hang our picture frame. Would highly recommend them.
