The accents of the 5 boroughs of NYC -- a how to by a native -- the real deal! - YouTube

Thought this was funny about how different New York City Boroughs people talk.

There are a lot of nice people from New York City in the Villages.

I am not saying this YouTube is actually accurate about what people from different NYC Boroughs sound like. It is just funny.

Very interesting. I'm just over the line from Da Bronx into Weschester County but definitely have the New York accent. I couldn't figure out where I exactly belonged to any of these groups

I didn't hear an accent. They all sounded perfectly normal to me.

I rarely find myself actually LAUGHING OUT LOUD as I watch clips from tv, but Mewyl and Ellen doing accents really had me laughing so hard my husband came running upstairs to see what was the matter. Thanks for the heads up to watch it. Glad I did!

Da Bronx here:wave: But I grew up on Long Island, unless you're from Brooklyn and live on the south shore, then it's Lawn Guyland.

Spot on with the Oy Vay Queens accent, everytime friends from Queens call me I think somebody died.
