could replacing 6 GA cables with 4 GA cables increase speed going up hill on an elec cart. Who is the expert at getting more speed up hill for my ez go 36 volt cart. Flat driving speed is fine and do not want more speed, just keep some of it when going up hill.

Replacing cables on your EZ GO will not give you what your looking for.

The 36 volts limits your car of speed and the combination of the condition of your batteries and your controller could limit endurance.
