Carpet and Padding repair

Recently had water damage from overflowing washing machine in our bedroom. Contractor came out and had to pull up part of the padding and the rug to dry it out.

Our insurance company wont pay as I have a deductible and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good contractor or local to come over and give us an estimate.
