Groomer

Does anyone know of a groomer who either scissor cuts and/or does not cage dry? I use such a groomer here in the Chicago suburbs and would lie to follow suit when I move to TV this winter. Thanks!

Check into THE DOG HOUSE in Belleview. They did my puppy and scissored her and hand/blew dry.
