2nd set of lights

Hi
Is it possible to add a second set of lights to a 2006 par car. The one set on the cart is great but shines up and straight ahead and I was wondering if it was possible to add a second set that was directed downward so that I can see the paths more clearly at night. If so, what would be the approx cost?

Also, how much would it be to add a speedometer to the 2006 par car.
