Not sure how many Golfers that have a Priority Membership are aware of this; I know I wasn't. If for some reason during your time with a Priority Membership you become ill for an extended amount of time then you can be credited with that lost time simply by showing a Doctors note stating your inability to play. I have been out for 5 months due to cancer treatment and am elgible for a $192.60 refund now that I able to resume playing. I don't know all the details but you can get that at place you got your membership.

Great to know! On the subject of Priority membership, we moved in about 3 months ago and I purchased the trail fee for $140+ . If I get a Priority membership, will all or part of that cost be credited to the Priority fee?

Thanks for posting this info. I hope I never need it :).

I often use your course condition reviews to select places to play, it is good to hear you are feeling better and ready to once again let it fly!

Just curious - Am I correct?

Hoping to become a Villager soon, I was looking at the priority golf membership.
I have read that (obviously) some think it is worth it and some not. To each his own. I guess the accountant in me is coming out! Here is what I came up with:

This is based on playing twice a week.
10/15 - 12/30 Approx. 11 weeks = 22 rounds saving $10/rd. = $220;
01/01 - 04/30 Approx. 17 weeks = 34 rounds saving $15/rd. = $510;
05/01 - 10/14 Approx. 24 weeks = 48 rounds saving $ 5/rd. = $240.

Total savings = $970. Cost = $740 = savings of $230 - not including the savings of trail fees.

Does this make sense or am I losing it? :eek:

The "real" savings is: Getting your desired tee time on the course of your choice.

Plus ability to use Country Club pools.

And at the Country Club pools you have a RESTAURANT! This is so nice. I don't golf, but I love having lunch at the pool.

You are so relaxed you want to move to The Villages... You think you'll just get in your car and drive to The Villages right now.... Watch the peppers....

uujudy, you don't have to have a priority membership or even live in TV to eat at the country club restaurants. You must have a membership to get in the pools though.

Yes BK. You're right. The pools with the attached restaurants are why I like the priority membership. Priority = pizza & pitcher at the pool!

Yes. Or the cheeseburgers, margaritas and hot tub! I'm thinking the hot tub will feel better today...at least until it is time to get out.

Uu....I watched the peppers and now I have an overwhelming urge to take all of my money out of the bank and send it to you. Is this a scam?

Hugs,
Gracie.
