CIGAR SMOKERS BEWARE!
I went into this store on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 and bought two MONTE CRISTO cigars at a price of just under $10.00 each. That evening I lit one to enjoy with single malt. The cigar was rolled so tight that I couldn't even get a drawl from it. I put it down and lit the other one and it was the same way. For you cigar smokers, you know when you're ready to have a cigar, you're ready to have a cigar! So - I had to cut the 2nd one well past the ring in order to get a drawl off of it.
The next day, I went back to the store with these cigars in an effort to make an exchange. The owner TAMMYwas working.Please keep in mind that I am a regular customer of this store. I explained my problem and showed her the cigars and her comment was "Yep, they are rolled pretty tight, but I didn't roll them". She credited me for one cigar but would not accommodate me for both. Her defense was over and over, "I did not roll them". I felt like telling her "Well, neither did I, but I certainly did pay for them." I told her that I would never be back if that is the way she treat her regular customers. She lost a regular, for less than $10.00.:swear:
