Is anyone familiar with Dr. James Coy on Wedgewood Drive? My healthcare provider has changed and he is one of their providers, but I cannot find any information on him. Any pros or cons would be appreciated!!

I have been going to him for about a year. Can't really say he is good or bad. I think of him as a distributor, he sends you to all the specialists in the area, never really has a conclusion of his own.
He does pose well when he comes to the exam hom. hitches himself up on the exam table and has one dangling foot. So, for his posing I give him an A.
I usually tell him what i need and they write the prescription.
The practise wants you to go in for another appointment and copay to get results from tests. i just go in and get them without an appointment. I can tell if I need further tests.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Coy for about 5 years. He is an alternative doctor, which is hard to find locally. Life Family Practice has said that Dr. Coy is leaving but will not give any other information. Does anyone know where he is going, to what practice?

He's already gone. Family Life is looking for a replacement. Don't know where he went. Thinking he wasn't doing followup as he should. He was my doctor.
