I recently read that there was a Lifestyle Portfolio information package from The Villages that would help individuals figure their cost per month/year. How do I receive this package containing this sheet that estimates monthly budget.
Thank you

Have a cottage home purchased last Nov. fot almost $170.K. I check my tax bill on line that I will be getting in a wk. & it's $3,590.00 if pd. by 11/30.
I am homsteaded & prop, tax is $1295.00; bond is $1685.00; maint. fee under $700.00; fire $81.00. I get a discount if pd. by 11/30= $3590.00.

Compliments of member zcaveman, check out this thread. Scroll down to "Living Costs":
https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/nuts-bolts-villages-139/moving-villages-part-1-a-17717/
That thread is part 1 of three that zcaveman put together. Tons of good info in all of those threads. They can be found in the "Nuts and Bolts of The Villages" forum in the last grouping (Talk of The Villages Information and News) of forums on the TOTV main page.
You can request the info packet you mentioned by going to The Villages web site and clicking on the "Free Video" link on the right end of the top toolbar.

We received the package with all the info and the video from the villages realtor we dealt with. Very informative package. He spent time going thru the package as he gave it to us. I had also reviewed several threads on life in the villages before we came down the first time.
