I had read about this company before I hired our Landscape Company. There was serious negative feedback and fellow Villagers getting taken by this company Southern Sensations. Someone even posted a link of the woman Jessica to a recent mugshot. All they seemed to have done is change from Jessica to Tim Staples. THe company is the same with same people just a new name. Which they now go by the name Landscape Archeologists. Be careful not to be fooled and ripped off again people. I almost fell for it too.

I felt so bad for our neighbors. These people came and did the landscaping. The home is occupied by an elderly disabled woman. They left the back yard in a filthy mess. She reminded them that they had to clean up as she was unable. The Woman yelled over the back fence to the "men" to clean up good before they left. The woman handled the final transaction and said they guys were in the back cleaning up. THE GUYS WERE GONE BEFORE SHE ASKED FOR FINAL PAYMENT. Blatant lies.

That is not the worst. When they layed the foundation barrier fabric they put it OVER the sprinkler heads. They confirmed they had tested the heads. Our poor neighbor had to sit out at night and water the new plantings until someone could come and poke sticks in to find each sprinkler head and uncover it.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT JUST POOR CONTRACTORS. The are scam artists. Beware!!!!
