Does anyone know why the town square at Spanish Springs was refurbished this past spring and yet the roads were left untouched. The traffic lines are worn off and some areas could use a resurfacing.

The Spanish Springs town square is owned by the developer.
The roads are owned by either Lake County -or- City of Lady Lake.

All Villages CDD budgets are available at districtgov.org under the Dept. of "Budgets".
Capital Improvement Projects Budgets are all here:
Village Community Development Districts (http://districtgov.org/departments/budget/CIP.aspx)
After seeing our nation's real-time debt clock a few times ( U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time (http://www.usdebtclock.org/) ) (and my stomach turns) it is good to read the budgets of TV Community Development Districts and see how they balance, and have all capital improvements on a schedule with funding in place.
