This company was very pleasant and we were excited by the presentation. Signed the contract 9/12 and were told it would be finished in 6 weeks. As of 11/2 we were disappointed. Project still not finished.

I had Randa Services enclose my lanai with double pane glass. Randy did a great job, here on time and finished on time. One of the windows was delivered broken and Randy ordered another one and it was replace in a timely manner. I greatly recommend Randa Services.

CVS did our lanai bump-out and we also encountered some delays. Weather, etc. They are also a bit at the mercy of the folks they sub out to. Having said that, we kept a big smile on our faces and treated the workers in a very friendly manner. They did a few little things that were not included in the contract, and we were extremely happy with the finished lanai

CVS enclosed my lanai slider doors. One day Project to start mid July but not started until late Aug after a few calls. Damaged parts were to be replaced ASAP ....now it is mid Nov and still not replaced and no contact from owners unless I call first. Product good but customer service lacking.....Sorry I paid them before I noticed the damage.

OH NO!!!!! I'm sick for you. Hope it turned out ok!!! I've talked with several and 3 of my neighbors used CVS and were pleased. I'm going to talk with Phil of CVS next week. I wanted to rise the concrete floor so Mother doesn't have to step down. Lots to think about. Let me know what you would change? thanks, joyce
