Need someone who installs windows

I need a couple of of windows (1/2only) replaced. Cleaning person took out the bottom window to clean and broke the seals. Naturally, I didn't discover this until later, and it is just my word against hers. So, having to take care of this myself. Also, need patio door repaired. Most likely need new track and and rollers for this.

The Villages Warranty Dept. can give you the name of the company that manufactured and installed your windows. I live on a golf course and have had a broken window. We also had leaks around one window. It helps to have the company thay understands the window's construction.

Our windows were under warranty and this happened when the house was already 4 years old. Definitely check with the warranty dept before replacing them yourselves. We paid a $25 co-pay and he replaced one of our windows. Good luck!

Don't live in The Villages, live in Stonecrest. Need an outside contractor and thought someone may have had same problems and had some suggestions.
