I never thought I would need another passport, but I do.
My old one expired several years ago, so I need to apply for a new one. What is the quickest and easiest way to do so?

I went to the Post Office in Oxford (left side of 301) and had photo taken and got my passport in less than an hour. Take your old passport with you.

Thought this was wrong until i read this. I used to work as a passport issuer thats why this entirely through me. Boy things have changed in the last 10 years. Only state (passport agency) used to issue them.
How can USPassportNow.com issue a passport for me?
Only Passport Agents with the US Department of State, and Foreign Service posts designated by the U.S. Secretary of State have authority to grant, issue or verify United States passports. US Passport Now is authorized by the US Department of State to help you in facilitating and executing an expedited passport application with one of those authorities. US Passport Now is full service passport service that assists you throughout the entire passport process, from the moment you sign up, to the moment you receive your passport in your hands.

Your best bet is to go to the Government Annex Building, Morse Blvd and CR 466, to the Clerk of Court's Office. They can take the pictures (for a small fee) and have the application. You will have to wait for the passport to be mailed to you though.

You can also pay an additional fee (not sure how much) to have the passport expedited to you.
I had this done once and got it - I believe - within 2 weeks.
