My husband and I were there last night. It was great being welcomed at the door by the manage. We sat on the bar side in the booths. Very comfortable seating. I had the Chicken Parm and my husband had the pizza. Both meals were delicious. Our server Chris was very charming and attentive.

We will definetly be dining there again.

Glad you had a good meal at Luigino's. Personally, I would not ever eat there again.

I have been there twice. First time I had the special of prime rib. No flavor to the beef and very fatty (even for prime rib). Second time, I had a veal chop which was flavorful but quite tough. What irked me was the attitude of the waiter. He did not charge the Happy Hour price for my wife's drink and then argued about it. He did not bring a side dish I ordered but charged me for it and then when I questioned it, he took $1.25 off the $4 charge. He then got in my face and told me to tip him the full amount unless I was too da-n cheap. Needless to say, NO TIP.

I vote with my feet. I do not return to a restaurant that has servers like that. Too many other very good restaurants in The Villages.

We have only eaten at the bar and did feel that the food was pretty good but the serivice was only ok. I think that it is pretty unusual to have a waiter out right tell you to give a tip on the full price. Sounds like a customer that had an attitude rather than the waiter. Why not bring it to the attention of the manager? No matter what your experience giving a zero tip in just not appropriate imho.

Yep, ZERO tip and never a return visit to Luigino's. Your humble opinion is noted and you may give my tip to the waiter next time you go to Luigino's in additon to your own.
