Richard & I just returned back to our snowbird condo in Cocoa Beach from the 4 day Lifestyle visit. We visited our site 205.055 (1280 Allaire Loop) & love it. We visited the 3 town squares & rode around in the golf car. The first day it was funny, everyone was passing us as we found out they give you a 14 mph one golf car. Ours was a stinky one. We got headaches riding around in it. Exhaust fumes were very bad but everything else made up for it. We were sitting on the side of the golf car path looking at our map when a couple stopped to ask us if we needed help. Found out they built an Iris & asked us if we wanted to follow them home to see it. How cool is that? Got many ideas for when we build ours. They were also from Pittsburg, PA--Steeler fans. How neat as my childhood hometown is Franklin, PA-an hour away. Our design team is January 6th & our sales rep let us pick out samples of countertop, tile and carpet while we were there. We feel very fortunate to have a lot of the decisions already made. Can't wait to be new frogs & meet more of you. Nancy & Richard from Claremont, NH

:welcome:
We are just across the street at 1309 Allaire Loop! Finished our design last week and are scheduled to close 2/11/13. It's great to have a lot of decisions made prior to your meeting as it will certainly facilitate the process, plus there are many more decisions to make! Hold on tight and enjoy the ride! It goes soooo fast!

How exciting for you. So glad we'll be neighbors! Plan on coming over a lot to watch our build and take photo's. Congratulations! Nancy

Congrats to you both Nancy and Richard. What you experienced with the friendly open offer to help is pretty much the way it works around here. Welcome.
