Local SCORE Branch Needs Volunteer to Schedule Clients

SCORE is a national, non-profit, volunteer organization that provides expert, free, and confidential counseling to entrepreneurs who are starting or growing a business.

The local branch of SCORE serves The Villages area up to Ocala. We need a volunteer to assign new clients to our mentors. Requests from new clients come by phone or by email if the client submits their request online. We get about 4 new client mentoring requests each week so it is not a heavy workload - but it is an essential role if our branch is to succeed.

I should have mentioned that this volunteer role at SCORE can be done from home (even remotely if you are a snowbird) since we will set up our branch phone number to forward to your phone and any scheduling of our mentors can be done by phone or email. It's a very flexible activity that can be fit in around your schedule.
