My fellow Villagers, I want to tell you of my experience with a contractor who will not stand by his work when it proves to be faulty.

Back in October of 2010, I hired Roger of Professional Services Plus LLC to paint my driveway, walk and front patio. As part of the work Roger was to hand paint a lighthouse in the middle of the driveway. I watched as the work progressed and was very pleased when it was finished.

Then, when I returned from up north, one year later in October 2011, I noticed that the paint for the lighthouse was faded and peeling. I called Roger and he came by to look over the problem. He assured me that he could and would make repairs to my satisfaction and at no charge. Over the next 5 months I repeatedly called Roger's phone and left numerous messages trying to find out when the repairs would be made. I never got a return phone call and no repairs were ever made.

This October, 2012, I returned and found the the lighthouse graphic had deteriorated further. Having not received the professional courtesy of even a return phone call from Professional Services Plus LLC, I hired another company to make the repairs, unfortunately, at my expense.

If anyone wants a GOOD and REAL professional driveway and patio painter, call Florida Deck.

I believe that it is Roger Greenlee, it is definitely the same company as other complaints on TOTV. The girl I wrote the checks to was Patti Enfinger.
