Unfriendly dog update..

Several months ago I posted a problem I faced while walking my 16 pound rescue dog down my street. The problem was a neighbor who refused to leash his dog and thus allowed it to attack any passing by dog walker. I received many responses and suggestions after posting this situation. Well, to my amazement today as I walked by he noticed me coming. He quickly picked up his unleashed dog and went into his house, gone by the time I passed his house. This has never happened before. Hopefully I can say problem resolved. Granted the dog should be leashed but I will definitely take this approach versus a confrontation every time a dog walker passes his house.
