Is there a TOTV app for iPad?

When I googled TOTV a message came up stating there was an app.
I have been unable to find it.

Tapatalk HD is an app for all forums that use the same software as TOTV.

It cost $4.95 when I got it. It is a nice and efficient way to page thru the threads and posts. Since you are new to iPad, it might not need to be a day one purchase. You can also just use the standard browser approach to surfing TOTV.
