Gracie is right! If the English and the Germans managed to have a Christmas Truce during WWI, then there is no reason why the debate can't take a few days off in the spirit of Christmas. Graciegirl: Excellent post and couldn't agree more. We are in Springfield, Illinois with our family. Personal gift exchange tonight and Santa comes in the morning for the grandkids. . Every Christmas Eve (out tradition was to open gifts Christmas Eve) I think of my parents who so enjoyed this time of the year. Merry Christmas to all.
