The man took my money for a tree & never came back, he will not answer my calls. It has been over 2 months with no tree, no money, & no C.J.

Just looking out:)
Thanks

How did you find C.J. to begin with? Did he just come to your door? (you said C.J. is "a man")

Never, ever prepay for work or anything. If the company can't afford to do the work without prepay they are riping you off. You can pay them 1/3 when 1/3 of the work is done, then another 1/3 when that part is done, then finally the reminder when you are happy with the completed job.

Good information!!! I agree. Why would you pay someone for work that hasn't been done yet????? Don't like hearing about people being taken advantage of. (Not right)

CJ is BIG black guy that is bugging everyone on Ridgewood, he drives around with 2-3 palm trees for cash installed.

I talked to him just for S&G a bit on the strange side.

Same thing happened to us. Paid 1/3 deposit to have driveway painted by "Wade" 7 months later....wade fell off a ladder....crushed his skull and is no longer in business and has NO money. $300 down the drain. Learned a good lesson.
