Does anyone know of any Villagers with skills who might do a recover job on two Laz-E-Boy recliner wing back chairs? (will pay the going rate, of course for good workmanship) no reupholstery needed, just recovering.

He's done lots of work for us--superb workmanship at a reasonable price. Go in and visit and look at some of his finished work awaiting delivery. Depending on what he has there, you'll be impressed.
