Looking for Bio Identical Hormone Pellet Doc. withing an hour of TV

I am preparring to move down there soon, and I am looking for a doctor that does Bio-Identical Hormone Pellets.
I have been doing the Pellets in Cincinnati every 3 months for 1 3/4 years, and they work great.
Is there anyone you like within an hour plus drive of TV?
I will have no insurance, so price could be a factor.

It costs $300.00 up here per insertion.

Dr. Kalpana Desai does. I get them there
