Does anyone know of a health club, spa, etc. in the area that has a sauna? I checked in searchthevillages villages.com but nothing came up.

MVP is located in the LaRena Building at Spanish Springs Town Square and it has a sauna.

I don't know if a Salt Room is like a sauna (may serve the same purpose??.) There is one in the Kohl's shopping center on #441 next to Tuesday Morning.
